COVID-19 Health & Safety Measures
We have professional cleaning team at our building 3x per week. Additionally after each room is used all high touch surfaces are wiped down with sanitizer. Hand sanitizers are placed throughout the building.
Enhanced cleaning measures:
- The space is cleaned and disinfected in accordance with guidelines from the CDC
- High touch surfaces and shared amenities have been disinfected
- Soft, porous materials have been properly cleaned or removed
- Bookings are spaced apart to allow for enhanced cleaning
All hosts are required to do the following prior to each booking:
- Sweep, mop, vacuum and clean the space.
- Supply a hand washing station with soap, warm water, and paper towels or hand sanitizer with at least 60% alcohol.
- Clean common areas allowing guest access including bathrooms, kitchens, and entrances.
- Collect and clean dishes, silverware, and other provided host amenities, if applicable.
- Remove garbage and add new lining to cans.

About the Space
Looking for a unique space to host your meeting? This building began as an original Phoenix home-site in Coronado, then became a law office, and has now transformed into a beautiful meeting and event space. You may rent just the conference room or have access to our kitchen, lounge, classroom, and basement "speakeasy."

If the event is after 5:00pm there is unlimited street parking.
Space does not have natural light
Lighting description
Minimal natural lighting we have overhead lights or you're welcome to set up your own.
Space is not soundproof
General Rules
No more than 12 people will fit comfortably in conference room.
You may bring snacks or catering but use of kitchen is an added cost.
You must provide your own plates and cutlery unless you add kitchen rental.

Guests may cancel their Booking until 24 hours before the event start time and will receive a full refund (including all Fees) of their Booking Price. Bookings cancellations submitted less than 24 hours before the Event start time are not refundable. Learn more
