Studio Stage is located on the lower level of StudioPlace between our Dance Studio and Professional Studio (also available on Peerspace). Our location has 7 event spaces and is a licensed bar. To request a tour, complete an inquiry by messaging host under our name. Messages received after 8pm will be returned the next business day. Tours are by appointment only Monday - Thursday and require a contact number in your inquiry. No walk-ins accepted. Please ensure your planning includes all people and items required to setup and host your event. LOCATION We are centrally located off of Beech Road/Stamp Road area in Temple Hills MD ~ a mile north of the MGM National Harbor and Casino. The area is in an industrial area with lots of creative studios and industrial businesses. There are no noise ordinances and area is commonly used for events. PAYMENT PROCESSING and CANCELLATION: Please note that payments made on the Peerspace platform are not credited to the venue until 7 days after event conclusion. For any and all cancellations, you must follow the Peerspace policy in this listed. Venue is not responsible for return of funds in the event of any cancellation outside of the policy listed on Peerspace site. Please ensure you understand the cancellation policy prior to booking. Guests may cancel their Booking until 30 days before the event start time and will receive a full refund (including all Fees) of their Booking Price. Guests may cancel their Booking between 30 days and 7 days before the event start time and receive a 50% refund (excluding Fees) of their Booking Price.
