About the Space
Ultra clean, three-wall cyclorama set in a large industrial loft in East Williamsburg. Space includes well-appointed lounge area, full kitchen and full bathroom. Tech features include a 60" 4K television, high-end audio equipment/sound system, ambient loft lighting, and more. 4500K LED panel lights are installed in the cyclorama space. Adjustable 3500-5000k LED lights, A DSLR Canon 7D camera and tripod are also available for rent. Additionally, guests have access to a washing machine and dryer for production needs, along with a shop/studio, equipped with tools, ladders, and other supplies. Given the loft's location in an industrial section of Williamsburg, this is not a sound sensitive space, and can comfortably accommodate higher volume productions and events. **COVID PRECAUTIONS: Space is disinfected before and after each use, and includes window ventilation and ample hand sanitizer. A "cool down" period is also accounted for between rentals, with no back-to-back bookings hosted in order to protect guests.
