About the Space
Ultra clean, three-wall cyclorama set in a large industrial loft in East Williamsburg. Space includes well-appointed lounge area, full kitchen and full bathroom. Tech features include a 60" 4K television, high-end audio equipment/sound system, ambient loft lighting, and more. 4500K LED panel lights are installed in the cyclorama space. Adjustable 3500-5000k LED lights, A DSLR Canon 7D camera and tripod are also available for rent. Additionally, guests have access to a washing machine and dryer for production needs, along with a shop/studio, equipped with tools, ladders, and other supplies. Given the loft's location in an industrial section of Williamsburg, this is not a sound sensitive space, and can comfortably accommodate higher volume productions and events.

- The space is cleaned and disinfected in accordance with guidelines from local health authorities
- High touch surfaces and shared amenities have been disinfected
- Bookings are spaced apart to allow for enhanced cleaning
- Sweep, mop, vacuum and clean the space.
- Supply a hand washing station with soap, warm water, and paper towels or hand sanitizer with at least 60% alcohol.
- Clean common areas allowing guest access including bathrooms, kitchens, and entrances.
- Collect and clean dishes, silverware, and other provided host amenities, if applicable.
