Dan & Patty were absolute gems! Extremely responsive and answered all the questions I had regarding the space. I had to a host a surprise bridal shower for my best friend and they accommodated immensely! The space & location was a pristine spot in NYC where it’s easily accessible to find. This event space features a lively living room space with a retro looking kitchen and an amazing backyard for photos and a good chill time. I definitely recommend this space to anyone! Dan & Patty's space was a dream come true. It is so unique and completely shaped all the scenes I shot there. I loved that Dan trusted us and gave us free reign of the space for the duration of our rental. I loved that it was possible to use upstairs guest rooms for holding. And I loved that there was enough space to move furniture around for certain shots that we needed an empty space for.

This space is absolutely amazing ! It was fairly easy to get all of your equipment for our workshop set up! Our guest were very impressed with the space and want to book for their events. We will definitely use this space again in the near future! The cleaning lady was amazing I hope she’s always there to greet us !

This is a very beautiful setup. The host was unbelievably generous and informative. The location of the house is also near by a lot of restaurants in the area, as well as the local stores. Definitely a great setup for friends or family to hang out in.
