About the Space

This space is perfect for meetings, classes or brain storming sessions at a professional and creative level! It will seat up to 40 guests. Great for workshops, presentations, training, yoga classes. Location: Lower East Side Size: 940 square feet We provide High Speed WiFi, wireless speakers, projector, tables, chairs, flipchart, yoga mats, kitchen with filtered water, coffee and snacks.

Enhanced cleaning measures:
  • The space is cleaned and disinfected in accordance with guidelines from local health authorities
  • High touch surfaces and shared amenities have been disinfected
  • Bookings are spaced apart to allow for enhanced cleaning
  • Soft, porous materials have been properly cleaned or removed
All hosts are required to do the following prior to each booking:
  • Sweep, mop, vacuum and clean the space.
  • Supply a hand washing station with soap, warm water, and paper towels or hand sanitizer with at least 60% alcohol.
  • Clean common areas allowing guest access including bathrooms, kitchens, and entrances.
  • Collect and clean dishes, silverware, and other provided host amenities, if applicable.
  • Remove garbage and add new lining to cans.
The following equipment is provided for every guest:
  • Disinfecting wipes or spray and paper towels
  • Hand Sanitizer
The space has the following features:
  • Space has access to outdoor air ventilation
  • Capacity is limited based on governmental guidelines

Phenomenal experience! I highly recommend. Space is exactly what I wanted: spacious, lots of natural light, well equipped (coat rack, chairs, tables, screen, projector, whiteboard, speaker, WIFI), charming decor, 2 washrooms on that floor, fridge, coffee, tea and water. Laura was friendly, responsive and super helpful!

The space was great, they had everything we needed and the staff was really friendly. The tech worked almost flawlessly except for the speaker, it would've probably been helpful to have someone who knew the technology to help us. It was a beautiful space and really clean. I would definitely consider this space again for events in the future.
