Welcome to my Chic Warm Luxury Space. It is located on the ground floor, 816 Square Feet with high10ft ceilings. Ideal for Photo shoots, Commercials, Movie Shoots, Small gatherings, Baby Showers. Has large windows with natural lighting, a pool view, and furnished Patio. This space provides you with a guest Bathroom and Master Bathroom. Large Island and plenty of counter space with 2 bar stools. Large Bedroom with Master Bedroom. Laundry Room with Washer and Dryer. 5 minutes from the Discovery Mills Mall, Marriott Suites Hotel on the premises and plenty of your favorite restaurants. Just minutes from 316 and I85 ( 25 minutes away from downtown Atlanta) This location provides you with all of the excitement and luxury of being in the city with less clutter, easy access and plenty of parking.

Yes, I would book again.

Felicia was extremely gracious and had a wonderful space. She provided all the amenities provided and her space was located right next to a pool which was great and she even provided extra lighting. Highly recommend!!! 5 stars isn’t enough!
