Enhanced COVID-19 Health & Safety Measures

To ensure the safety of all our guest, we screen everyone beforehand for Covid-19 symptoms. We also take the time to clean each commonly touched surface throughly with antibacterial wipes after each rental. Guests will be spaced out throughout the week to ensure proper time for disinfecting.

Enhanced cleaning measures:

The space is cleaned and disinfected in accordance with guidelines from local health authorities
High touch surfaces and shared amenities have been disinfected
Soft, porous materials have been properly cleaned or removed
Bookings are spaced apart to allow for enhanced cleaning

All hosts are required to do the following prior to each booking:

Sweep, mop, vacuum and clean the space.
Supply a hand washing station with soap, warm water, and paper towels or hand sanitizer with at least 60% alcohol.
Clean common areas allowing guest access including bathrooms, kitchens, and entrances.
Collect and clean dishes, silverware, and other provided host amenities, if applicable.
Remove garbage and add new lining to cans.

The following equipment is provided for every guest:

Disinfecting wipes or spray and paper towels
Disposable masks / face coverings
Hand Sanitizer

The space has the following features:

About the Space

Small photo/video shoots work best. Interviews, product showcases, headshots, photography shoots, videography marketing, and more. Great natural lighting in the 205 SQ FT main lobby. Enclosed 217 SQ FT space includes a number of colored backgrounds (including Green Screen). Dimensions of enclosed studio space: 11' X 21' X 9' (L X W X H) Lights, furniture & backgrounds can be moved to accommodate the needs of our guests. Our space is located right off Roswell Road & there are a variety of dining establishments and home improvement retailers to satisfy any guest need. Lighting description

Large rectangle windows light up the main lobby of our studio. Windows can be blocked out by a black out curtains or moving the location inside our enclosed studio space. The times of day that are the brightest for the studio would be in the morning to early afternoon or late afternoon when the sun is going down.

Space is soundproof

Ambient noise description

Neighbors can be heard but only in the spaces that are not sound proof. Enclosed studio is sound proof. We are not located on a busy street. Building is tucked away in the parking lot. AC can be turned off to make sure there is no ambient sound coming from the studio.

Crew access

Stairs, Elevator

Equipment loading description

Equipment can be loaded right near the stairs in the front of the parking lot or in the back parking lot, equipment can be brought up using the elevator. Loading trucks can be parked in the back parking lot until the shoot is complete. Plenty of space for large loading vehicles.

Staging area is available

Either our extra office space or editing bay could be used for makeup, wardrobe, etc.

All rooms are available for shooting

Shooting the exterior of the building is allowed

Electrical system description

There are 4 outlets in the main lobby. Two located on the back wall with the couch and a couple more on the wall below the window. There are also 4 outlets in the enclosed studio space. Two near the front of the room close to the door and another two closer to the backdrop in the back of the room. Circuit breaker cannot be accessed at this time unfortunately.

General Rules

• Smoking is allowed for outside shoots only. ABSOLUTELY NO SMOKING INSIDE. • Outside catering is allowed. • BYOB (Alcohol is allowed but don't go crazy). • Complimentary water and Gatorade will be provided. • Pets are allowed ONLY if involved with the shoot. • Make sure to have a good time :)

All ages are allowed in the space

Production insurance is not required

Furniture and decorations may be moved

Furniture can be added/removed from the building if needed for the shoot. Any decorations on the walls can be removed as well. We will help with any of the moving if possible.

Smoke machines are allowed

Nudity is allowed

Security cameras and recording devices

Recording devices in bathrooms or dressing rooms are prohibited by the Peerspace Services Agreement.
