All hosts are required to do the following prior to each booking:
- Sweep, mop, vacuum and clean the space.
- Supply a hand washing station with soap, warm water, and paper towels or hand sanitizer with at least 60% alcohol.
- Clean common areas allowing guest access including bathrooms, kitchens, and entrances.
- Collect and clean dishes, silverware, and other provided host amenities, if applicable.
- Remove garbage and add new lining to cans.

It features a Chef Kitchen with plenty of storage and an open concept living room and dining room. Fantastic house for a get-together. Large black bottom pool with grassy manicured area for enjoying a day out by the private pool. Master Suite has a large walk-in closet and bathroom with a huge soaking tub. * No smoking inside the villa.
* Please notify us in advance if you need to move furniture in the space to suit your event needs.
* Please take great care of our space. No nails, screws, staples or penetrating items should be used on our walls. Any tape or gummed backing materials must be properly removed. Damages (walls, floors, furniture, etc.) will be billed to the credit card on file with Peerspace.
