About the Space

This 5400 sq foot ranch home is quietly tucked into the hills of Encino/Tarzana. It provides a diverse array of looks that are available for filming. The venue has several different rooms available such as; a professional-grade chef's kitchen, professionally designed sports bar with taps and seating for 20, a lush backyard with a built in pool, treehouse, and outdoor bathroom, a front patio with fire table and professionally designed office space. The open plan makes filming and staging easy and almost all rooms have their own exterior door access. A large guest suite is the perfect staging area that can be closed off from the rest of the home and help with Covid Compliance needs for current filming.

Cancellation Policy

Grace period
All Bookings are subject to Peerspace’s Grace Period policy which provides a full refund for Bookings cancelled within 24 hours from receipt of a Booking Confirmation but no later than 48 hours prior to the Event start time.
Flexible

Guests may cancel their Booking until 7 days before the event start time and will receive a full refund (including all Fees) of their Booking Price. Guests may cancel their Booking between 7 days and 24 hours before the event start time and receive a 50% refund (excluding Fees) of their Booking Price. Booking cancellations submitted less than 24 hours before the Event start time are not refundable. Learn more
