All hosts are required to do the following prior to each booking:
  • Sweep, mop, vacuum and clean the space.

  • Clean common areas allowing guest access including bathrooms, kitchens, and entrances.
  • Collect and clean dishes, silverware, and other provided host amenities, if applicable.
  • Remove garbage and add new lining to cans.

About the Space

1 bedroom, 1 bath condo with free parking in Downtown Los Angeles. Online registration needed. Photos allowed to be taken within condo and not in common space. My Condo Includes: → Secured parking for 1 vehicle → 740ft² / 68m² of space → Rooftop Pool, hot tub, cabana and gym (no photography allowed in common space) → Walk Score 97 (dining, nightlife, cafes, shopping within walking distance) → In-unit washer + dryer → High-speed wifi with up to 200Mbps download speed → 65" TV with Roku and Netflix → Master bedroom includes a queen sized bed and an ensuite bathroom → Living room features a sofa that converts to a full size bed → Similar to a hotel we have a small registration process that guests need to fill out

Cancellation Policy

Grace period
All Bookings are subject to Peerspace’s Grace Period policy which provides a full refund for Bookings cancelled within 24 hours from receipt of a Booking Confirmation but no later than 48 hours prior to the Event start time.
Standard 30 day

Guests may cancel their Booking until 30 days before the event start time and will receive a full refund (including all Fees) of their Booking Price. Guests may cancel their Booking between 30 days and 7 days before the event start time and receive a 50% refund (excluding Fees) of their Booking Price. Cancellations submitted less than 7 days before the Event start time are not refundable. Learn more
