About the Space
Our loft is the perfect space for birthday parties, mixers, brand events, intimate dinners and will soon be open to recording artist for performances. Our hourly rate includes access to our vintage style kitchen, colorful bathroom hallway, our common area/selfie area and main event room. (4) spaces included in hourly rate. The hourly rate includes the venue spaces listed above, (4) tables, up to 23 chairs, (1) table for DJ, (1) table for food , (5) food trays, and a cooler for beverages.

- Sweep, mop, vacuum and clean the space.

I celebrated my Great Gatsby themed 30th birthday party at this venue on September 4th, 2021, and I loved everything. It was clean, comfortable, beautifully decorated, BUT MOST IMPORTANTLY, Priscilla and Wanda were amazing. They went above and beyond to bring my vision to reality and made everything seamless. Priscilla was communicative and kept me in the loop leading up to the day of the event, and always made sure I was happy and content. One can easily tell she loves what she does, and she’d do anything to ensure her clients leave feeling like they are celebrities. Priscilla knew how important my 30th was for me so she even offered to do things that I wasn’t expecting of her. Truly a gem of a human. She even dressed up for my event and gave us the best experience!!!! Let’s not forget that she steamed the linens. I can’t express how much I dislike it when event planners use creased lines and she made sure that wasn’t the case. Priscilla’s work speaks for itself, and I highly recommend her to everyone. I cannot wait to work with her again in the future. She earned herself a lifelong client.
