About the Space
The gym is centrally located in the Temescal area of Oakland, on a major street (Broadway) with significant walk- and drive-by traffic. There are large windows and 2 roll-up doors, so space gets plenty of sun. CrossFit, personal training, exercise, Yoga, pilates are primary activities, but the space is fairly open. Photoshoots from more than one large sports apparel/shoe company, as well as a tv commercial, have been shot here. I'd call the space "gritty, put pretty"

- Bookings are spaced apart to allow for enhanced cleaning
- Soft, porous materials have been properly cleaned or removed
- Sweep, mop, vacuum and clean the space.
- Supply a hand washing station with soap, warm water, and paper towels or hand sanitizer with at least 60% alcohol.
- Clean common areas allowing guest access including bathrooms, kitchens, and entrances.
- Collect and clean dishes, silverware, and other provided host amenities, if applicable.

This is a phenomenal location. The host is very communicative and should be respected. If you are in the Bay Area and are in search of a distressed yet clean gym training environment then this is hands down the next location for your project. Great diffused lighting until 3:00pm. Amazing/dramatic natural light after 3:00pm. Did I mention the host is amazing?

Great, big, clean, working, industrial-looking gym. Big windows and lots of light, We used a bigger light to fill in the back corner. Roland was responsive and helpful and easy to deal with. There is occasional street and pedestrian noise, so that we had to re-take a couple of sentences perhaps 3 or 4 times over the course of an 8-hour day. No trouble at all. Overall great experience. Would rent again. Thanks, Roland!!
