Events and other type of rentals can be requested separately and start at $200hr. 2700SF Beautiful naturally lit, 20ft ceiling, white exposed brick event venue, photo studio and creative space in Pioneer Square. It is located on the ground floor in a commercial space. There are curtains for privacy. Please note because it is on the ground floor if you are doing boudoir then you may want to space plan accordingly for maximum privacy! ___________________________________________________________________________________________________ 2 hour minimum however a 1 hour slot is allowed but rate changes to $100.00hr This listing price is for photography use only. Events range $150-$250 hourly depending on the type of event and comes with a $200 cleaning fee for after the event. IF YOU ARE BOOKING ANY KIND OF EVENT: WEDDING, ANNIVERSARY PARTY, BIRTHDAY PARTY, ETC. - rate is $150-250 hourly. A $250 cleaning deposit is charged for any event. ANY SORT OF FILM OR BIG PRODUCTION IS A SET DAILY RATE OF $2000.00 or $250HR depending on how many hours requested, and comes with a $150 cleaning fee for after the production. ___________________________________________________________________________________________________ A reset fee of $100 will be charged if you fail to reset the space, and clean up after your booking. Please include any set up or breakdown in your booking time request.

- The space is cleaned and disinfected in accordance with guidelines from local health authorities

This was such a beautiful space. We loved the huge windows and white brick for our photo shoot. The location is great too as we were able to get lots of shots outside near pioneer square. Taylor answered all my questions and left very detailed instructions for how to access the space the day-of - it went very smoothly.

Always a great space! Being on street level is a really nice feature when you're packing a lot of gear. This is something that 210 has over many of the studios in the area – that are often multiple flights of stairs up and sometimes without elevator access 😳

The instructions Taylor provided for access were simple and straightforward. We loved shooting in this space – having a large open room with high ceilings and great texture really fit the aesthetic we were going for. The room is pretty long, so the light falloff is pretty dramatic (especially if you're relying on natural light), but also allows you to use a pretty long lens and still maintain some distance from the back wall. With the right lighting, this would be a great space for a dance shoot (both video and photos). Definitely would book it again
