I booked the venue from 5-10pm and it was approved. I asked for an additional 2/3 hours prior to the event to set up and decorate and that was also approved. Fast forward to the day of my bridal shower event, literally 30 minutes before my team and I was scheduled to go to the venue to set up, I received a message from the host asking me to give him a call. I contacted him and he asked me what time my event was (which was odd because he should obviously be well aware of that). He then proceeded to tell me he had double booked “accidentally”, and informed me that I would not be able to have access to the venue until after 6pm. After going through hell contacting the bride, all the guests, along with the staff I hired to inform them of the new timeframe, he proceeded to then inform me that we won’t have access to the venue until after 7:30, when I already informed the bride, guests etc… that the new timeframe for the event to start would be at 8pm! We had guests arriving in the middle of us setting up which was horrible. Throughout this ordeal I was as patient as possible with the host though I was extremely frustrated. Due to the sudden change in timeframe it caused a heavy inconvenience & I had to pay my dj, photographer & decor people extra money to accommodate the extra time they had to invest. I was offered a FULL REFUND, & was told I would receive it 4 days later. I’m now being ignored and avoided. Can you say small claims court? Bad business & unprofessional!!!!!

Tony was prompt with his responses and very helpful. The space was exactly as advertised. I used it for a gender reveal with approximately 30 people and it went great.

All in all, the experience was nothing less than perfect, and everyone enjoyed the celebration. Most importantly, Tony is very much appreciated for allowing the night to progress smoothly. Also, the neighboring shop has all your essentials, if you are short a balloon, tape, cups, plates etc. I will absolutely book again.

We used this space for a table read and it was great, Tony was able to rent us tables and chairs as well. It's very close to transit and the load out situation (drop the key in a lockbox) was no-fuss. During the day, this is definitely not a smoke-free building; wasn't a problem for us but a heads up if this could present one for you!
