Enjoy immense natural light, full size living room with TV, charming dining area, breakfast bar, fully equipped kitchen (Including a Washer/Dryer), full bathroom (With tub & shower combo), bedroom loft with beautiful view of downtown detroit, complete with a Queen size bed, beautiful wood floors, and expansive walk-in closet. This unit also includes a step out balcony overlooking the street view. PERFECT for beautiful photography shots or simply a breath of fresh air. We would love to be a part of your next project! This creative studio unit can serve as a photography studio for fashion shoots, Influencer shoots, holiday shoots, workshops, meetings, film production for TV pilots, feature films, web series, brand commercials, and many more! With our ample breakout space, our clubhouse is perfect for team meetings, off-sites, conferences, presentations, product launches, dinners, cocktail receptions and anything else your team comes up with! Features: Functional Kitchen End to end hardwood floors Changing area with full length mirror Natural lighting Condiments (Coffee, tea, snacks) Full access to pool and hottub area (4-6 people) For an additional fee, we have optional features available to you Reserved Conference area space (15-30 people) - $50 Studio light-boxes + studio light - $20 Rules Hourly Rate The posted price per hour is for a crew size of 15 or less including crew and talent. Larger productions are welcome, (For clubhouse use ONLY) we just need to discuss details regarding guest size and pricing. FILMING, PHOTOSHOOTS & PRODUCTION Please be up front with what you’re looking to do, and we’ll be happy to work with you to make your project a success! If you are interested in utilizing our space for film, television, music videos, or advertising campaigns, please contact us through the message center to discuss details, pricing and availability. Please include the following *Total number of crew & Talent *Desired dates *Exact hours you will need (Ie 8am-8pm) including load-in/load-out, setup and tear-down *Equipment & lighting spaces HOLDS Dates are available on a first book/first serve basis and will not be held without a deposit or reservation SCOUTING We are happy to accommodate initial location scouts provided the rate and hourly minimum are met for the reservation date. We will only accommodate (1) scout prior to a booking reservation being made. Additional tech/director scouts will only be permitted once the booking has been accepted. All scouts are subject to availability, and we will not accommodate scouts during other guests reservations/productions. OVERTIME All booking start and end times are inclusive of setup and tear down time, so please include that in your reservation. The space must be vacated and all items brought into the space must be removed by the end time of your booking reservation. Overtime will be billed in half-hour increments at a rate of 1.5 times our started hourly rate per pece policy. PARKING ACCESS There is FREE street parking. For loading and unloading you may use the gated parking lot located at the clubhouse. ONLY 2 CARS are allowed access to the gated parking. All others must park on the street. NOISE We have a zero-tolerance policy with noise complaints. We ask that you please respect our neighbors and keep noise to a minimum. CLEANING AND DAMAGES Cleaning fee is included in the hourly rate, although guests are expected to leave the property in the same condition they found it in. Guests must respect the space and we ask/ appreciate that all guests tidy up after themselves. Guests must remove any equipment or rentals you bring in and you should factor this setup and takedown time in your booking hours. ILLEGAL SUBSTANCES The use or involvement of illegal substances is strictly prohibited and will result in eviction from the property and may result in law enforcement participation. MISCELLANEOUS There is no smoking allowed in the space. No glitter or confetti can be used. Thank you for respecting our rules, and we look forward to hosting you.
