Enhanced COVID-19 Health & Safety Measures
We wear masks at all times when interracting with guests. We santize in between visits and also clean while guests are present.
Enhanced cleaning measures:
- The space is cleaned and disinfected in accordance with guidelines from the CDC
- High touch surfaces and shared amenities have been disinfected
- Soft, porous materials have been properly cleaned or removed
- Bookings are spaced apart to allow for enhanced cleaning
All hosts are required to do the following prior to each booking:
- Sweep, mop, vacuum and clean the space.
- Supply a hand washing station with soap, warm water, and paper towels or hand sanitizer with at least 60% alcohol.
- Clean common areas allowing guest access including bathrooms, kitchens, and entrances.
- Collect and clean dishes, silverware, and other provided host amenities, if applicable.
- Remove garbage and add new lining to cans.
The following equipment is provided for every guest:
- Disposable gloves
- Disposable masks
- Disinfecting wipes or spray and paper towels
- Hand Sanitizer
The space has the following features:
- Space has access to outdoor air ventilation
- Capacity is limited based on state and local guidelines
- Space has HEPA-certified air filters
- Space has additional space outdoors
- Space has been reconfigured to allow for physical distance

About the Space
We have seven acres of beautiful country view property with a large renovated barn decorated with reclaimed wood and vintage chandeliers. We also have a restaurant and country gift shop. Our property has a gorgeous view of acres of farmland surrounding it. There are plenty of different backdrops with all the different areas the property provides.

General Rules
No smoking allowed in any of the bulding, but is permitted outside. Outside catering is also allowed. We are easy to work with and great hosts.

All Bookings are subject to Peerspace’s Grace Period policy which provides a full refund for Bookings cancelled within 24 hours from receipt of a Booking Confirmation but no later than 48 hours prior to the Event start time.Flexible
Guests may cancel their Booking until 7 days before the event start time and will receive a full refund (including all Fees) of their Booking Price. Guests may cancel their Booking between 7 days and 24 hours before the event start time and receive a 50% refund (excluding Fees) of their Booking Price. Booking cancellations submitted less than 24 hours before the Event start time are not refundable. Learn more
