You shall comply with the Community Guidelines in connection with any Social Event, including respecting the rights of the occupants of the Space and its neighbors, and you agree not to disturb any of them unreasonably. All abusive, disorderly, violent or harassing conduct by you or an invitee, including but not limited to abusive and/or foul language, sexually explicit comments toward other guests and occupants is prohibited. Likewise, vandalism of any kind by you or an invitee on or to the Space is prohibited. Floors must be protected if any food or drinks other than water are inside the space. No shoes or objects than can scratch or damage the studio floors. **Booking time should include set up and breakdown.** Renters are responsible for cleaning up before leaving. Please respect the space and leave it the way you entered it. Studio property should not be altered or moved around except for the speakers. Additional cleaning charges may apply if space requires further attention. Renters must confirm in advance the number of people that will be inside the space. All ages allowed. No pets allowed inside. No loud music after 11pm. Security camera are located in both studios only and should remain on for safety. Owners will grant access to the space upon arrival and give instructions for closing.
