A professional cleaning team will perform a deep clean between bookings and ensure a healthy environment.

Enhanced cleaning measures:

The space is cleaned and disinfected in accordance with guidelines from local health authorities
High touch surfaces and shared amenities have been disinfected
Soft, porous materials have been properly cleaned or removed
A licensed professional cleaner is hired between bookings
Bookings are spaced apart to allow for enhanced cleaning

All hosts are required to do the following prior to each booking:

Sweep, mop, vacuum and clean the space.
Supply a hand washing station with soap, warm water, and paper towels or hand sanitizer with at least 60% alcohol.
Clean common areas allowing guest access including bathrooms, kitchens, and entrances.
Collect and clean dishes, silverware, and other provided host amenities, if applicable.
Remove garbage and add new lining to cans.

The following equipment is provided for every guest:

Disinfecting wipes or spray and paper towels
Disposable gloves
Disposable masks / face coverings
Hand Sanitizer

About the Space

This beautifully decorated space is the perfect setting for a film with vibrant medical scenes or a sitcom surrounding a medical practice. It would also be a beautiful compliment for a indoor health fair or present a picturesque background for medical related photoshoots. The office opens into a cozy and warm lobby that then leads into a hallway that leads past a fully functional nurse station. The hallway continues and opens up into a triage/lab station on one side and a mini office space and recreational area separated by partitions on the other side. The hallway then bifurcates into 2 spacious and beautifully decorated multipurpose sized rooms. One room is fitted with a comfortable fully reclining spa chair. A generously sized peronal office also sits across from the nurses station.
