About the Space

1281 Square Foot Sound Stage / "Infinity Room" Perfect for video and photo shoots, our "infinity room" features a full wraparound white cyc wall and doubles as an event space for up to 75 people. Features a lighting grid, distributed 130 amp electrical outlets, a producer station with playback monitor, and eight directly connected ethernet ports. Other equipment such as lights, cameras, audio, grip gear, green/white/colored backdrops, and teleprompter also available for rental (separate fees apply) Conference Room / Green Room The Conference Room features a wireless projector and screen, Blu-ray DVD player, adjustable conference tables, Wifi and wired Gigabit Ethernet LAN Connection. PLEASE NOTE: - Although half day/4hr rentals are possible, we give strong preference to full day/8hr rentals. - All renters must sign a rental agreement contract and provide a certificate of insurance. - Our normal business hours (and lowest rates) are Monday to Thursday from 9am to 5pm. Rentals outside these hours have higher rates and we may not be able to accommodate all 'off hours' rentals. Look forward to working with you!

Enhanced Health and Safety Measures
Enhanced cleaning measures:
  • The space is cleaned and disinfected in accordance with guidelines from local health authorities
  • High touch surfaces and shared amenities have been disinfected
All hosts are required to do the following prior to each booking:
  • Sweep, mop, vacuum and clean the space.
  • Supply a hand washing station with soap, warm water, and paper towels or hand sanitizer with at least 60% alcohol.
  • Clean common areas allowing guest access including bathrooms, kitchens, and entrances.
  • Collect and clean dishes, silverware, and other provided host amenities, if applicable.
  • Remove garbage and add new lining to cans.
The following equipment is provided for every guest:
  • Disinfecting wipes or spray and paper towels
  • Hand Sanitizer
  • Disposable masks / face coverings
  • Disposable gloves
