- The space is cleaned and disinfected in accordance with guidelines from the CDC
- High touch surfaces and shared amenities have been disinfected
- Soft, porous materials have been properly cleaned or removed
- A licensed professional cleaner is hired between bookings
- Bookings are spaced apart to allow for enhanced cleaning
- Sweep, mop, vacuum and clean the space.
- Supply a hand washing station with soap, warm water, and paper towels or hand sanitizer with at least 60% alcohol.
- Clean common areas allowing guest access including bathrooms, kitchens, and entrances.
- Collect and clean dishes, silverware, and other provided host amenities, if applicable.
- Remove garbage and add new lining to cans.
- Space has access to outdoor air ventilation

About the Space
We've had lots of guests host weddings, baby showers, bridal showers, family reunions, engagement parties, birthday parties, intimate dinner parties, and more in our home/backyard! The backyard has a deck with outdoor string lights. There's built-in seating and a marble table on the deck. Below the deck is the grassy area where you can place rental tables/chairs and seat your guests! You will also have access to the downstairs area of the house to get ready/use the restroom/hold the food/rest. Downstairs space available for you: - open living room with high ceilings with a couch and coffee table - the dining room/table that will comfortably seat 8 - family room with a couch and a 65" TV - small bedroom - a bathroom - includes a shower/toilet/sink - kitchen - with a large island, fridge, microwave, oven, coffee maker, spices, utensils/plates/cups and more for your use

All Bookings are subject to Peerspace’s Grace Period policy which provides a full refund for Bookings cancelled within 24 hours from receipt of a Booking Confirmation but no later than 48 hours prior to the Event start time.Standard 30 day
Guests may cancel their Booking until 30 days before the event start time and will receive a full refund (including all Fees) of their Booking Price. Guests may cancel their Booking between 30 days and 7 days before the event start time and receive a 50% refund (excluding Fees) of their Booking Price.
