Enhanced COVID-19 Health & Safety Measures
As a fitness studio, we are stocked with ample amount of disinfectant sprays, wipes, and sanitizer. The common areas are thoroughly cleaned after each use. Everyone is responsible for thoroughly cleaning the equipment and/or area they use.
Enhanced cleaning measures:
- The space is cleaned and disinfected in accordance with guidelines from the CDC
- High touch surfaces and shared amenities have been disinfected
- Soft, porous materials have been properly cleaned or removed
- Bookings are spaced apart to allow for enhanced cleaning
All hosts are required to do the following prior to each booking:
- Sweep, mop, vacuum and clean the space.
- Supply a hand washing station with soap, warm water, and paper towels or hand sanitizer with at least 60% alcohol.
- Clean common areas allowing guest access including bathrooms, kitchens, and entrances.
- Collect and clean dishes, silverware, and other provided host amenities, if applicable.
- Remove garbage and add new lining to cans.
The following equipment is provided for every guest:
- Disinfecting wipes or spray and paper towels
- Hand Sanitizer

Boxing & Fitness Gym We have heavy bags, rubber flooring, UFO studio lighting, kettlebells, battle ropes, medicine balls, dumbbells, incredible sound system, etc We also have 2 bathrooms, an industrial open-faced fridge for beverages, lockers, bench seating in the lobby and 2 really amazing murals (one of Kobe Bryant)

3 reserved spots out front. Ample amounts of street parking on surrounding streets. KFC parking lot reserved for building from 5am until 10am
General Rules
No smoking in the building. Space must be left as initially found. Please be sure to thoroughly clean up prior to vacating building.
Indoor & Outdoor catering is allowed.
Use of our food and beverage fridge is allowed.
Use of our sound system is allowed.
All ages are allowed in the space
Security cameras and recording devices
Check with your host if there are any surveillance cameras or recording devices in the space.
Recording devices in bathrooms or dressing rooms are prohibited by the Peerspace Services Agreement.

Very Flexible
Guests may cancel their Booking until 24 hours before the event start time and will receive a full refund (including all Fees) of their Booking Price. Bookings cancellations submitted less than 24 hours before the Event start time are not refundable. Learn more
