  • The space is cleaned and disinfected in accordance with guidelines from the CDC
  • A licensed professional cleaner is hired between bookings
  • Bookings are spaced apart to allow for enhanced cleaning
All hosts are required to do the following prior to each booking:
  • Sweep, mop, vacuum and clean the space.
  • Supply a hand washing station with soap, warm water, and paper towels or hand sanitizer with at least 60% alcohol.
  • Clean common areas allowing guest access including bathrooms, kitchens, and entrances.
  • Collect and clean dishes, silverware, and other provided host amenities, if applicable.
  • Remove garbage and add new lining to cans.
The following equipment is provided for every guest:
  • Disinfecting wipes or spray and paper towels
  • Hand Sanitizer

About the Space

Off Raymond Studios is a female run creative space in the heart of Los Angeles. Conveniently located off the 10 freeway in Koreatown lies a full functioning and stylish studio to meet your filming needs. The studio's amenities and creative offices make filming a seamless experience from first take to final edit. With 7,000 square feet of space including a production office, conference room, two small meeting rooms, a green room, hair & makeup and wardrobe room. Also, included is a soundproofed 5,000 sf stage with elephant door and driveway access. Off Raymond Studios boasts 8 parking spots, a fully functioning kitchen, 3 bathrooms and a sophisticatedly designed space that will suit any production company's needs from small intimate crews to large multi-season endeavors.

Cancellation Policy

Grace period
All Bookings are subject to Peerspace’s Grace Period policy which provides a full refund for Bookings cancelled within 24 hours from receipt of a Booking Confirmation but no later than 48 hours prior to the Event start time.
Standard 30 day

Guests may cancel their Booking until 30 days before the event start time and will receive a full refund (including all Fees) of their Booking Price. Guests may cancel their Booking between 30 days and 7 days before the event start time and receive a 50% refund (excluding Fees) of their Booking Price. Cancellations submitted less than 7 days before the Event start time are not refundable. Learn more
