We are centrally located in Miami, Florida minutes from Downtown, Brickell, Wynwood, and the Design District. True loft with natural concrete columns, natural lighting and a skyline view. Fully decorated with modern furniture and Art and High speed WiFi Furniture is as shown with modular sectional sofa, coffee table & Art (unless specified as an Add On) Sectional sofa can be rearranged in any format upon request. Furniture & Art can be cleared upon request for an open space. Perfect for Art Galleries, Fashion pop ups, yoga studio, fitness classes, corporate meetings, presentations, product photography, music videos, documentaries, tv, film, photoshoots, video shoots, photography , videography, kitchen shoots, cooking shows, presentations, shows and small events. - The space is cleaned and disinfected in accordance with guidelines from local health authorities
- High touch surfaces and shared amenities have been disinfected
- Soft, porous materials have been properly cleaned or removed
- A licensed professional cleaner is hired between bookings
- Bookings are spaced apart to allow for enhanced cleaning
- Sweep, mop, vacuum and clean the space.
- Supply a hand washing station with soap, warm water, and paper towels or hand sanitizer with at least 60% alcohol.
- Clean common areas allowing guest access including bathrooms, kitchens, and entrances.
- Collect and clean dishes, silverware, and other provided host amenities, if applicable.
- Remove garbage and add new lining to cans.
- Disinfecting wipes or spray and paper towels
