Covid-19: We take all the reasonable steps to unsure our guests safety. We will clean all surfaces and provide hand-sanitizer throughout the space. We also have a sink with soap to wash hands. However, all events go forward with the expressed realization that all guests take their own responsibility for their own safety in having any sort of event and that we are not liable for any Covid related issues. Description: Welcome to our eclectic art studio / flex space located in the Downtown Los Angeles Fashion District. With 1,000+ square ft. available space, Juicebox Studios is the perfect place for your next event, whether it be a birthday party, pop-up art exhibition, meeting, photoshoot, ceremony, or casual hangs. Our studio has amazing natural lighting during the day and great airflow from the two large open windows on the west side of the space. The night time experience of the space is a sure vibe, suited by studio lighting, a mobile dj setup and Yamaha studio sound system, and a unique ‘floating’ rear projection screen with HD projector. If they chose, clients also have the option to pick out paintings (from our art rack) to hang throughout the space and customize their vibe! Highlights: - 1250 sq. ft. (~1,000 sq. ft. available space) with 12 ft ceilings - ‘Vibe corner’ large squishy L couch and wooden table great for chilling - Mobile DJ Setup (Pioneer XDJ-RX mixer & Yamaha HS7 monitors & sub) - Street parking (free after 6pm, metered from 9am-6pm) - ‘Floating’ rear projection screen & projector - Large Fridge, sink, & bar - More than 15 plants & succulents throughout - (2) Large windows open with view of San Gabriel mountains and DTLA skyline - Ping-pong table - Vibey studio lighting - Gallery wall space with track lighting available for pop-up exhibitions - Restroom (just down the hall) - No noise restrictions (if additional sound is brought in, this requires a conversation) - Industrial Sink - Service elevator available for load in and load out - Rooftop Access with DTLA Skyline Views (less than 10 people only) - Custom Darkoski ‘disco ball’ - Free Wifi We believe transparency is important. While our building is safe and we have never had any real issues, we are located just past the South end of skid row in the DTLA Fashion District. For nighttime events, we recommend getting a security guard (we can organize for an additional $25/hr) to greet people at the door and watch over the parked cars.
