Enhanced COVID-19 Health & Safety Measures

Space is cleaned between each booking. 8 Person Max in space at any time. All must have a face mask/covering to enter.

Enhanced cleaning measures:

High touch surfaces and shared amenities have been disinfected
Bookings are spaced apart to allow for enhanced cleaning

All hosts are required to do the following prior to each booking:

Sweep, mop, vacuum and clean the space.
Supply a hand washing station with soap, warm water, and paper towels or hand sanitizer with at least 60% alcohol.
Clean common areas allowing guest access including bathrooms, kitchens, and entrances.
Collect and clean dishes, silverware, and other provided host amenities, if applicable.
Remove garbage and add new lining to cans.

The following equipment is provided for every guest:

Disinfecting wipes or spray and paper towels
Hand Sanitizer

About the Space

Welcome to my Space, Apartment Studio with Gorgeous Natural Lighting, roomy open spaces and beautiful in house greenery. Fun Retro Yellow couch featured in the living room and beautiful large Teal wall in the Bedroom. Bedroom, Living room and Kitchen all available as shooting sets. This space is perfect for small productions (cast/crew of 6 or less). Perfect for Photoshoots, Music videos, and short Movie Scenes. ** Resort Style Pool, Basketball Court & Tennis Court add ons available soon **On site Wardrobe/Styling and Model Coaching available for an additional min fee Please feel free to message me with any questions you may have.
