About the Space
The Tipping Pointe is a Historic gem that has been restored and revamped to accommodate modern needs while keeping as much of its original quirkiness and charm intact as possible. And if it didn't have enough quirkiness we definitely added some! The home is ideally set up for photoshoots and small events. There are both inside and outside areas for entertaining and photo opts throughout the property. We also have gated privacy and private parking.

- High touch surfaces and shared amenities have been disinfected
- Bookings are spaced apart to allow for enhanced cleaning
- Sweep, mop, vacuum and clean the space.
- Supply a hand washing station with soap, warm water, and paper towels or hand sanitizer with at least 60% alcohol.
- Clean common areas allowing guest access including bathrooms, kitchens, and entrances.
