  • Bookings are spaced apart to allow for enhanced cleaning
All hosts are required to do the following prior to each booking:
  • Sweep, mop, vacuum and clean the space.
  • Supply a hand washing station with soap, warm water, and paper towels or hand sanitizer with at least 60% alcohol.
  • Clean common areas allowing guest access including bathrooms, kitchens, and entrances.
  • Collect and clean dishes, silverware, and other provided host amenities, if applicable.
  • Remove garbage and add new lining to cans.
The following equipment is provided for every guest:
  • Disinfecting wipes or spray and paper towels
  • Disposable gloves
  • Disposable masks
  • Hand Sanitizer
The space has the following features:

About the Space

Located in the heart of Portland. We teach Aikido including meditation and Yoga. We are happy to share our studio with anyone who needs a minimal and beautiful space. Peaceful, clean, modern vibe. Perfect for events, meetings, off-sites, or creative projects. 1200 sq.ft space plus 800 sq.ft entrance space. -High speed WiFi -Mini kitchen with fridge -Full private bathroom with shower -Men's and women's changing rooms -Entryway for shoes and coats. -Floor seats and a small number of chairs are available for use. -Kids toy

Cancellation Policy

Grace period
All Bookings are subject to Peerspace’s Grace Period policy which provides a full refund for Bookings cancelled within 24 hours from receipt of a Booking Confirmation but no later than 48 hours prior to the Event start time.
Standard 90 day

Guests may cancel their Booking until 90 days before the event start time and will receive a full refund (including all Fees) of their Booking Price. Guests may cancel their Booking between 90 days and 14 days before the event start time and receive a 50% refund (excluding Fees) of their Booking Price. Cancellations submitted less than 14 days before the Event start time are not refundable. Learn more
