Newly renovated Venice bungalow with detached Guest House offering a second space to shoot content. Beautiful backyard dining and Fire Pit is available for all of your events, photoshoots, filming and Instagram. The entire space comes with the booking The backyard is the gem of the property. This beautiful backyard features overflowing bougainvilleas, a fire pit with seating, a 12 person dining area, two-floor deck, a cement patio area with lounge chairs and a cocktail table, and a garden, treehouse/Playhouse. There is direct access to the backyard without using the house. The charcoal exterior of the home is great for pictures and shoots. The whole home is available for use. It has a 3 bedrooms, 3 bathrooms, two kitchens, 3 living rooms. 2,000 sqft total Suitable for 45 guests. Access to guest house for dressing room, party set up, rain etc.

The house was cute and Meg was very accommodating. She even participated in our video shoot with her baby and a friend. However, the outdoor space was not usable as there was construction happening, but she told me her rate was reduced to make up for it. The backyard was a primary driver for booking this property so not being able to use it at all was kind of a let down.
