Professional crew trained in new Covid-19 guidelines cleans in between each guest and 2 days minimum in between guests.

Enhanced cleaning measures:

High touch surfaces and shared amenities have been disinfected
Soft, porous materials have been properly cleaned or removed
A licensed professional cleaner is hired between bookings
Bookings are spaced apart to allow for enhanced cleaning
The space is cleaned and disinfected in accordance with guidelines from local health authorities

All hosts are required to do the following prior to each booking:

Sweep, mop, vacuum and clean the space.
Supply a hand washing station with soap, warm water, and paper towels or hand sanitizer with at least 60% alcohol.
Clean common areas allowing guest access including bathrooms, kitchens, and entrances.
Collect and clean dishes, silverware, and other provided host amenities, if applicable.
Remove garbage and add new lining to cans.

The following equipment is provided for every guest:

Disinfecting wipes or spray and paper towels
Hand Sanitizer
Disposable masks / face coverings

About the Space

House is fully furnished and no permanent residents. There is a huge back yard. Newly remodeled entire house. Great light. Quiet inside with soundproof windows. Plenty of room to park an RV or trucks out back. Fully fenced in. Location is LA County ONLY, not in City of LA. Great for film shoots, family parties and people with dogs.

Parking description

Two cars in the driveway. Four or five cars in the large yard. The Chiat Day parking lot is directly across the street and is always empty and available to rent. Street parking on cross street Grosvenor is always available.

General Rules

No smoking ever. Outside catering is allowed. No loud parties. No noise after 10pm. No concerts. Film shoots, small parties or family events allowed. Dogs are welcome. NO CATS as we are all very allergic.

Security cameras and recording devices

Recording devices in bathrooms or dressing rooms are prohibited by the Peerspace Services Agreement.
