About the Space

A perfect neutral space to reflect your creative vision. With clean white walls and natural light, the space has an industrial modern feel with a minimalistic style that provides a clean slate for any event or shoot. Close to restaurants, coffee shops, and shopping. Amenties include: -1,300 SF, 50 person capacity -1st floor -open studio space -private bathroom -close trash access -secure wifi -lounge area -air conditioning -natural concrete/cement floors -overhead lighting -kitchen area -13 FT ceilings -natural light -roll up door, with easy ground floor access For events, we have open and neutral front space, with tall white walls, and 13 FT tall ceilings. There is a back space available for event set up, catering, etc. Additional pendant lighting adding warm light to nighttime events, set on a dimmer. For photo shoots there is terrific natural lighting, high east facing windows and clean white brick walls

Enhanced Health and Safety Measures
Enhanced cleaning measures:
  • The space is cleaned and disinfected in accordance with guidelines from local health authorities
  • High touch surfaces and shared amenities have been disinfected
  • Bookings are spaced apart to allow for enhanced cleaning
All hosts are required to do the following prior to each booking:
  • Sweep, mop, vacuum and clean the space.
  • Supply a hand washing station with soap, warm water, and paper towels or hand sanitizer with at least 60% alcohol.
  • Clean common areas allowing guest access including bathrooms, kitchens, and entrances.
  • Collect and clean dishes, silverware, and other provided host amenities, if applicable.
  • Remove garbage and add new lining to cans.
The following equipment is provided for every guest:
  • Hand Sanitizer
  • Disinfecting wipes or spray and paper towels

We can’t thank Kasia (and her lovely studio) enough for making our micro-wedding an absolute fairytale. The studio was easy to find, conveniently located and even had a parking spot reserved for us. When we found that someone accidentally parked in the reserved spot, Kasia went above and beyond by personally communicating with the car owner and ensuring we were taken care of. We’re so grateful for her help! If you’re searching for the perfect space for a small wedding or private event, look no further! Every corner of the space was filled with a warm glow, making it incredibly photogenic. It’s the perfect choice for those who appreciate a minimalist, natural, and stylish atmosphere. The memories we made there will always have a special place in our hearts!

This space was wonderful. It had great tables, chairs and couches. It was open and spacious. It was nice to have access to a bathroom and sink in the space. The location is hidden and located next to a bar and parking is a bit challenging in the area for guests. The bar is a bit noisy. We did have a breathwork component to our workshop which made for a noisy backdrop but we made it work. I would not recommend the space if looking to do meditation or any quiet activities. It was a bit chilly in the space as well so be sure to tell guests to dress warm in the wintertime. Overall it was a great space, photographed well and had everything we needed!

This was a super great space! Kasia was super accommodating and was great to work with. Easy to reach and explained everything. The space was perfect for the basic portrait session I needed it for.
