Enhanced COVID-19 Health & Safety Measures

The health and well-being of our visitors and teams is our top priority and has guided our decisions during this time, including the preparation and remodeling of our space. We have created the best way for you to enjoy a safe and clean environment at our exhibit. Our Safety Guidelines are as follows: Please remember to keep 6ft apart when you explore the museum. our team will help to regulate social distancing during your visit. Hand sanitizer will be available at touch-less stations throughout the museum. The hand sanitizer solution kills up to 99.9% of germs and includes 67% ethyl alcohol. It is recommended but not required that members wear gloves during their visit. Members will be required to wear face coverings at all times in the museum. Employees will be provided with masks and gloves. Museum hours will be modified to allow for thorough cleaning and disinfecting overnight.

Enhanced cleaning measures:

The space is cleaned and disinfected in accordance with guidelines from local health authorities
High touch surfaces and shared amenities have been disinfected
Soft, porous materials have been properly cleaned or removed
A licensed professional cleaner is hired between bookings
Bookings are spaced apart to allow for enhanced cleaning

All hosts are required to do the following prior to each booking:

Sweep, mop, vacuum and clean the space.
Supply a hand washing station with soap, warm water, and paper towels or hand sanitizer with at least 60% alcohol.
Clean common areas allowing guest access including bathrooms, kitchens, and entrances.
Collect and clean dishes, silverware, and other provided host amenities, if applicable.
Remove garbage and add new lining to cans.

About the Space

Our place is the first multimedia museum in the US. The design concept of MODS is inspired by art design from Yayoi Kusama (famous of infinite rooms) and the development of digital art. The aim of MODS is to provide immersive, magical, and unique art appreciative experiences to the visitors. It is a perfect to create memories with loved ones or even step up your social media game. It is an immersive space that is perfect to throw an event or even film a project here. This is the perfect place to throw events and film any sort of media because it is a unique space like no other. The lighting makes the space perfect to photograph or film in any capacity. Located on Hollywood and Highland it is hard to miss. Big bright signage!

Parking description

There is a paid parking lot next to our space on McCadden.

Space does not have natural light

Lighting description

All of our light is artificial. We use LED lights and various neon lighting setups that create the unique atmosphere our museums are known for. We only have windows in the front but they do not affect the actual exhibitions within our space. Natural light does not play a part in our museum.

Ambient noise description

We are located on the walk of fame but the general noise from outside cannot be heard from within our various spaces. Our windows in the front prevent most of the street sounds from inhibiting the museum experience.

We have a back entrance where equipment can be loaded inside. There is a narrow ramp leading down to the ground floor.

We have bathrooms that are available for crew and talent.

Some rooms are off-limits for shooting

Our tech / storage room is off limits.

Electrical system description

We don't have outlets in the spaces

General Rules

There is a $500 cleaning fee if food or drink is involved. Since there are glass sculptures if you break it you buy it.

All ages are allowed in the space

Production insurance is required

We will connect you with our attorney to sign a contract. It's mostly if you break it you buy it since some of our assets are made of glass.

Furniture and decorations may be moved

Yes, but if anything is broken you are liable to pay for it.

Smoke machines are allowed

Nudity is allowed

Security cameras and recording devices

Check with your host if there are any surveillance cameras or recording devices in the space.

Recording devices in bathrooms or dressing rooms are prohibited by the Peerspace Services Agreement.

All Bookings are subject to Peerspace’s Grace Period policy which provides a full refund for Bookings cancelled within 24 hours from receipt of a Booking Confirmation but no later than 48 hours prior to the Event start time.

Flexible

Guests may cancel their Booking until 7 days before the event start time and will receive a full refund (including all Fees) of their Booking Price. Guests may cancel their Booking between 7 days and 24 hours before the event start time and receive a 50% refund (excluding Fees) of their Booking Price. Booking cancellations submitted less than 24 hours before the Event start time are not refundable. Learn more
