All hosts are required to do the following prior to each booking:
- Sweep, mop, vacuum and clean the space.
- Supply a hand washing station with soap, warm water, and paper towels or hand sanitizer with at least 60% alcohol.
- Clean common areas allowing guest access including bathrooms, kitchens, and entrances.
- Collect and clean dishes, silverware, and other provided host amenities, if applicable.
- Remove garbage and add new lining to cans.
About the Space
This Tipi lets guests be immersed in nature, trees, and wildlife. Stunning landscapes from every angle, a seasonal waterfall that suspends from the property’s peak, and numerous scenic locations within the property are just a few of its draws. Mountains surround the tipi, making you feel miles away from the city. Yet our location is only a stone’s throw away from Topanga Village and 10 minutes from PCH. Our estate offers privacy and land in abundance, but also the convenience of close proximity to amenities. The tipi can fit up to 30 people. Natural light floods the space. We can fit up to 50 cars on-site, but prefer less traffic, so please tell us about how many cars are coming.
General Rules
Rules:
NO FIRE- The canyon is HIGH fire danger. No smoking on the property.
Leave No Trace- Please clean up any trash, food or anything you bring into the property. Leaving it nicer than when you arrived would be a blessing.
Proof of Insurance- Guests must maintain standard general liability insurance of $1 million and show proof.
A site manager will be requested for all bookings in the house or property. The fee for that is $40 per hour.
Drive Slow and respectfully on the residential road when entering and leaving the property. We have children, pets, and cyclist on the road.
We are on a septic system. Absolutely nothing but toilet paper can be added, especially no feminine products.
No Shoes Inside the tipi.
No alcohol permitted on the property.

Grace period
All Bookings are subject to Peerspace’s Grace Period policy which provides a full refund for Bookings cancelled within 24 hours from receipt of a Booking Confirmation but no later than 48 hours prior to the Event start time.Standard 30 day
Guests may cancel their Booking until 30 days before the event start time and will receive a full refund (including all Fees) of their Booking Price. Guests may cancel their Booking between 30 days and 7 days before the event start time and receive a 50% refund (excluding Fees) of their Booking Price. Cancellations submitted less than 7 days before the Event start time are not refundable. Learn more
