Our place is located just near south of the fashion district in downtown Los Angeles. The space has been especially configured for photo + film productions and can easily feel like multiple locations under one roof. Larger productions are welcome, we just need to discuss details regarding size and pricing. Please include the following: *Total number of crew & talent *Desired date(s) *Exact hours you will need (ie. 7am-7pm) including load-in/load-out, setup and tear-down LOAD IN / LOAD OUT: Access is street level via our roll-up garage. Garage clearance is 10.5 feet PARKING: Free street parking right in front of the studio (Avenue 26). Weekdays from 9am-4pm. You can still load/unload in front during gridlock hours. Keep your hazards on, ensure activity, and do not leave vehicles unattended. There is additional free parking 1 block away all day on Hooper St as well as 20th street. SCOUTING: We are happy to accommodate an initial location scout. We will only accommodate (1) scout prior to a booking reservation being made (30 min max). A tech/Director Scout will be charged at our hourly rate. All scouts are subject to availability, and we will not accommodate scouts during other guests' reservations/productions. OVERTIME: If you go over your booking time, you will be charged time and a half. We're happy to offer a 20-min grace period for load-out, but do not allow early arrivals. FURNITURE: You are free to move anything around but it must be put back where it was upon leaving. SOUND QUALITY: Our space is not sound-proof. For those recording sound, we highly advise scheduling a scout prior to booking to determine if the space will work for you. CLIMATE: We have two large A/C units but there is no heat in the building. PERMITTING: We are in the FILM LA permit zone so please be responsible for obtaining the appropriate permits for your production. Please see www.filmla.com for more info. DAMAGE: Accidents happen, but we do require that all guests inform us if anything is damaged during their use. A walk-through is required before and after all bookings. We cannot be responsible for lost or stolen items. CYC WALL: If you need to have a clean cyc wall then please let us know in advance. We do charge an additional cleaning and maintenance fee of $50 to paint the cyc if used. _______________________________________________________________ FAQ Does the building have AC? Guests may cancel their Booking between 7 days and 24 hours before the event start time and receive a 50% refund (excluding Fees) of their Booking Price.
