About the Space
Rustic outdoor restaurant, Spanish ranch style. Very close to town, close to freeway, easy access, within studio zone. Cowboy wooden benches under a large domed patio orning, with large open flame grills. Nestled in a nursery surrounded by lush palms and foliage, it looks like it could be in Cuba, completely private with plants on all sides. Vintage car at the entrance gives it an Al Capone feel. Could fit up to 150 diners. Great for filming a ranch restaurant scene or for a ranch-style wedding reception. Is a working restaurant so great food available. Its not only a restaurant it is great for other outdoor ranch filming. Large open areas for parking or shooting, with large palms blocking street views. Smaller nursery flowers and potting areas. Also includes old disused barns with vintage equipment and cobwebs, an old disused trailer is great as a hideout nestled in among overgrown trees. Also 5 horses (may be used in shoots), a rustic western style stables and goats. Open dirt area with composting and dirt piles. 3 entrances with different style gates. Completely private and walled off from street. Approx 3 acres. Also food trucks available. Small Spanish stucco rooms, can be used for makeup/production. Great property for filming, can shoot several different looks here. Can be used for dinner/wedding parties. It is very quint, charming and secluded. There are several areas joined together so part could be used as a dance floor. Please inquire for food pricing for parties. No amplified music/music after 10pm so not suited for concerts/music festivals or late parties (ask me about my other properties). 15 mins to Burbank airport, 30 mins to Hollywood or Downtown LA. Dinners for events can be included, please inquire

Guests may cancel their Booking until 30 days before the event start time and will receive a full refund (including all Fees) of their Booking Price. Guests may cancel their Booking between 30 days and 7 days before the event start time and receive a 50% refund (excluding Fees) of their Booking Price.
