About the Space
We have a brand new condo building with a staged one bedroom apartment available for any use. We are actively selling the building so this is just one of 65 different apartments that can be used. The building has an elevator, a gym, lounge, roof deck, and amazing views of the Brooklyn skyline including Gotham like subway tracks. Depending on time of day, we can allow for use hourly or daily etc. Let us know your purpose for the space and we can work it out.

Guests may cancel their Booking until 7 days before the event start time and will receive a full refund (including all Fees) of their Booking Price. Guests may cancel their Booking between 7 days and 24 hours before the event start time and receive a 50% refund (excluding Fees) of their Booking Price. Great Experience. Thanks again Daniel. Location was great. Everything left how we found it. There were a camera stand there under the dresser in the living room. We left it the same place we saw it. Took pictures of location before we left.
