This large stand-alone house is located in downtown Denver’s trendy RiNo Art District. It’s located on the corner, so there is very little exposure to neighbors. Also, Denver’s first park (Curtis Park) is located literally directly across the street. 4 bedrooms, 3 of which have California King TempurPedic beds. The 4th bedroom has three twin beds. The lower level has an HD Projector with a 128-inch motorized projector screen. The game room on the lower level features a pool table, basketball arcade/machine, roulette/poker table and 2 bunk beds (with queens on the bottom and twins on the top). Lots of whiteboards make for a great competitive game of pool, or perfect for fantasy football drafts! The main level of the home has a lot of natural light. Outside the living room is a gated hot tub area. I keep the hot tub super clean and guest-ready at all times. The house is cannabis-friendly upon request. Absolutely no tobacco or pets permitted in/on the property. Need transportation? I own a limo company in town so let me know if you need any airport pickups, mountain transport, or private tours arranged. We have a 12-passenger stretch limo, and also a All-Wheel Drive, 15-Passenger Shuttle Van. Each of which are only $120/hour, including a driver. 3-night minimum on weekends. 20-guest sleeping occupancy.
