About the Space

Fully remodeled, bright, airy and modern craftsman house. Mid-century modern furniture throughout. Open floor plan. Kitchen has white and walnut cabinets, marble backsplash, a large eat-in peninsula, and white Caesarstone counters. Dining table seats 6-8 comfortably (I've done 10 with a bit of a squeeze). Kitchen counter seats 3. Large outdoor space. Beautiful, fully-landscaped garden. Table and umbrellas on the patio, with a fountain in the corner. Additional seating area with a sofa and chairs. Surrounded by bamboo. Great for indoor or outdoor meetings.

All hosts are required to do the following prior to each booking:
  • Sweep, mop, vacuum and clean the space.

  • Clean common areas allowing guest access including bathrooms, kitchens, and entrances.
  • Collect and clean dishes, silverware, and other provided host amenities, if applicable.
  • Remove garbage and add new lining to cans.

Caitlin was a great host, she was very helpful and communicative. We have a great shoot at her gorgeous and stylish house. It's highly recommended and we will book again for future projects.

Yes, I would book again.

This is our second time staying at Caitlin's home. We loved it so much the first time we decided to meet here again. It is a great location and space for leadership retreats of up to five. The indoor and outdoor spaces were great. Not to mention the location is super easy to enter and close up. We loved working with Caitlin again. She is very communicative, responds quickly to inquiries, and was very accommodating!

This meeting space is perfect in so many ways. The terrific host (Caitlin) was super responsive. The location is perfect - only a short walk from BART and many restaurants. And, the space was perfect for our meeting with both more formal meeting space (around a table) and more casual meeting space outside in the beautiful backyard.

Caitlin was very responsive and flexible, as our plans started to change during the retreat. The space was exactly as advertised and comfortable. We were a group of 4 have a work retreat, the back yard was great for breakout space and taking a lunch break.
