Located in Fulshear, TX, Pecan Meadows is a large acreage property with a house designed for all types of entertaining whether it is a Wedding, Company Party, Birthdays, Retreats, Family Reunions, Team Building Events, and more. Aside from Events, the property is also available for Media Production. Featuring a open space as you open, a Great Room with a bar, a large brides/main bedroom with full bath, a grooms room/guest room, and a lounge/third guest room. The kitchen is large and available for use. Attached is a washroom for your cleaning needs which features a good amount of space for prep storage items that need to stay hidden. Aside from the main property, there is also a large 3 car garage that was intentionally made with a large foundation outside of it for the placement of a tent if needed. As the outside foundations stretch from end to end of the house, there are multiple placements of the tent available. Whether you are powering a Band, DJs, lighting, and/or other options, the property is completely prepared for any request. We have available recommended vendors for tent rentals & offer a luxury outdoor restroom if requested as an add-on. Guests may cancel their Booking until 7 days before the event start time and will receive a full refund (including all Fees) of their Booking Price. Guests may cancel their Booking between 7 days and 24 hours before the event start time and receive a 50% refund (excluding Fees) of their Booking Price.
