All hosts are required to do the following prior to each booking:
  • Sweep, mop, vacuum and clean the space.
  • Supply a hand washing station with soap, warm water, and paper towels or hand sanitizer with at least 60% alcohol.
  • Clean common areas allowing guest access including bathrooms, kitchens, and entrances.
  • Collect and clean dishes, silverware, and other provided host amenities, if applicable.
  • Remove garbage and add new lining to cans.
The following equipment is provided for every guest:

About the Space

We are an exquisite renovated contemporary cabin on a large acre lot, with room for events, and a greenhouse for entertaining upon request. Our contemporary cabin offers inside and outside dining and lounging amidst landscaped aspens, blue spruce and landscaped gardens. Generously artful common area with wood stove, TVs, kitchenette. You'll have access to the majority of our 1 acre property for lawn games, BBQ or lounging. Trails, paved bike paths are right out our door, giving you access on bike or foot to the entire Valley- Glenwood to Aspen. The space In your contemporary space, you'll find art, games, soft cotton towels, organic sheets,, as well as slippers (no shoes in the house), and robes. We have paid close attention to cleanliness and hygiene. And we expect our guests to as well. We are deep cleaning after every guest, and will provide you with additional cleaning tools during your booking. If you need anything to increase the cleanliness, or help you feel more comfortable, please let us know. Near Aspen, Snowmass and Glenwood, we sit in the majestic Roaring Fork Valley. Near world class skiing, rivers, mountain bike trails and road bike paths, we can help you plan your adventure, and expedition or work with you on our wellness package in partnership with our local spa.

Cancellation Policy

Grace period
All Bookings are subject to Peerspace’s Grace Period policy which provides a full refund for Bookings cancelled within 24 hours from receipt of a Booking Confirmation but no later than 48 hours prior to the Event start time.
Flexible

Guests may cancel their Booking until 7 days before the event start time and will receive a full refund (including all Fees) of their Booking Price. Guests may cancel their Booking between 7 days and 24 hours before the event start time and receive a 50% refund (excluding Fees) of their Booking Price. Booking cancellations submitted less than 24 hours before the Event start time are not refundable. Learn more
