About the Space
We have a beautiful 10,000sf Crossfit Gym perfect for photo shoots. We have leased our space to companies like the following: https://virusintl.com https://hyperice.com https://www.jtsstrength.com If you have a need to shoot photography or videos in a beautiful gym then this is a great option for you. The gym is centrally located in the middle of Orange County and will be available for weekend use.

Very low ambient noise. Trucks occasionally drive down our street but nothing substantial or super noticeable.

Equipment loading description
Two large roll up garage doors. There is plenty of space to load and unload for vans or large trucks. This is a warehouse with roll up doors intended for industrial use.

These rooms will be locked. The locked rooms consist of our office space at the front of our building and will not be accessible.
Shooting the exterior of the building is allowed
Electrical system description
One of the circuit breakers can be accessed through a closet in the south east corner of the gym space. I am unsure of the electrical details of the building.

All Participants must sign a waiver.
All lights and fans must be turned off prior to leaving.
Any messes must be cleaned up prior to leaving.

Health and Safety Measures
The gym is professionally cleaned 2x week. It is not guaranteed to be cleaned immediately prior to a booking. We do have daily equipment cleaning policies in place to ensure the safety of our gym community. Your use of the space will be safe and orderly without messes or increase risks of contracting Covid-19.
All hosts are required to do the following prior to each booking:
- Sweep, mop, vacuum and clean the space.
- Supply a hand washing station with soap, warm water, and paper towels or hand sanitizer with at least 60% alcohol.
- Clean common areas allowing guest access including bathrooms, kitchens, and entrances.
- Collect and clean dishes, silverware, and other provided host amenities, if applicable.
- Remove garbage and add new lining to cans.
