The available downstairs areas include: – living room with leather seating – 77" OLED 4K TV, supports Airplay via Apple TV and Google Cast – full kitchen with lots of cooking equipment and double ovens, bar seating for 4 – dining table for 8 – large pantry with coffee and tea setup (free coffee and tea included with your booking), – bathroom – covered outdoor patio with seating for up to 12 – bar area with a leather couch and bar Upstairs: – three bedrooms that can be used as breakout rooms – two full bathrooms – main area – cinema room, available for movie showings or presentations. This is the perfect location for Boudoir sessions. Being able to use multiple rooms is great to provide variety to the client. The lighting is 10/10 and the space is clean. This was my second time booking here and I’ll definitely be booking again.

Such a beautiful space! We had an artist photoshoot and used all the rooms available. The host was extremely responsive and helpful and the space was as advertised, if not better. The light was fantastic and every room was special. Highly recommend!
