UPSTAIRS (standard areas) – White Balcony bedroom: ideal for photo shoots and has a closet full of beautiful, luxury robes and gowns suitable for boudoir and maternity clients. Add the option to use the wardrobe on to your booking fee. – Dark bedroom with ornate golden mirror, florals and candles – Modern bedroom has a contemporary look with a cute mini-fridge in which you can keep refreshments for your clients. – Two full bathrooms – Main area with century-old baby grand piano and lots of open, white space. – Cinema room, available for movie showings or presentations. Seating for 6. DOWNSTAIRS (standard areas) The available downstairs areas include: – living room with leather seating – Kitchen and dining room – Large pantry with coffee and tea setup – Guest bathroom – Covered outdoor patio – Bar area with a leather couch and bar ADD-ONS (please request these in your booking inquiry and they will be added to your fee) The MASTER BEDROOM and MASTER BATHROOM are optional ADD-ONS and are not included in the standard pricing. Access to the Master Bed and Bath is an additional one-time fee of $35. Master Bedroom has white walls, white bedding, large South-facing windows, optional Tiipi swing. Master Bath has a huge shower and the tub is perfect for milk bath sessions! THE TWO OFFICES ARE AVAILABLE ONLY UPON SPECIAL REQUEST We live and work here so our offices are not available with a standard booking. However, if they would be essential to your shoot, let's talk! I'm open to including these spaces per your request. Booking them may require an additional fee, depending on the number of hours needed and if we need to move any furniture. SMART HOME / LIGHTS We have full-spectrum colored LED lights throughout the house in the master bed and bath, kitchen, living room and upstairs main room. You can adjust the brightness and make them any color. *MINI-SESSIONS / ADDITIONAL PRICING INFO If you are doing mini sessions, you don't need to account for the total number of people for the hourly rate. If you're one photographer working one-on-one with clients throughout the day, you can choose the $85/hr rate. The higher tiers of pricing are more for commercial shoots. If you are a single photographer and you have, for example, you, your client, client's mom and sister, makeup artist, hair stylist, choose the first tier of 1-5 people / $85 pricing.
