Arched wall seating area is still available as a space*** IMPORTANT: YOUR BOOKING INCLUDES ACCESS TO THE ENTIRE HOUSE (3 bedrooms, 2 living rooms, kitchen, entry room) WITH THE EXCEPTION TO THE FOLLOWING SPACES: • Master Bed and Bathroom – $35 flat fee per booking • Backyard – $20 flat fee per booking (fee is for the time required to prepare the space, remove furniture covers, etc.) • Office 1 - $15, Office 2 - $15 Please choose the appropriate add-ons when sending your booking request. Add the option to use the wardrobe on to your booking fee. – Dark bedroom with ornate golden mirror, florals and candles – Modern bedroom has a contemporary look with a cute mini-fridge in which you can keep refreshments for your clients. – Two full bathrooms – Main area with century-old baby grand piano and lots of open, white space. DOWNSTAIRS – Master Bed / Bath – Living room with white leather seating – Kitchen and dining room – Guest bathroom – Covered outdoor patio, pool and poolside seating area – Record Room (entry area) with Mario Bellini style sofa and Wassily chair Master Bedroom has white walls, white bedding, large South-facing windows, large Anthropologie mirror and Tiipi swing. Master Bath has a huge shower and the tub is perfect for milk bath sessions! SMART HOME / LIGHTS We have full-spectrum colored LED lights throughout the house in the master bed and bath, kitchen, living room and upstairs main room. You can adjust the brightness and make them any color. *MINI-SESSIONS / ADDITIONAL PRICING INFO If you are doing mini sessions, you don't need to account for the total number of people for the hourly rate.
