All hosts are required to do the following prior to each booking:
  • Sweep, mop, vacuum and clean the space.

  • Clean common areas allowing guest access including bathrooms, kitchens, and entrances.
  • Collect and clean dishes, silverware, and other provided host amenities, if applicable.
  • Remove garbage and add new lining to cans.

About the Space

It is an open concept concrete loft. There is a newly remodeled Full kitchen with marble island countertop. The bathroom is also newly remodeled and very spacious in a perfect place to do wardrobe changes and hair and make up. There’s a comfortable client lounge area with coffee table, chairs and sofa. The studio is perfect for photo shoots, but also perfect for small meetings and yoga classes. It’s a stylish space and perfect for clients to feel comfortable.
