All hosts are required to do the following prior to each booking:
- Sweep, mop, vacuum and clean the space.
- Supply a hand washing station with soap, warm water, and paper towels or hand sanitizer with at least 60% alcohol.
- Clean common areas allowing guest access including bathrooms, kitchens, and entrances.
- Collect and clean dishes, silverware, and other provided host amenities, if applicable.
- Remove garbage and add new lining to cans.

Parking description
Many parking options in and around the building including Valet options for day and evening, paid parking lots, metered street parking, nearby lots. We can assist clients with coordinating for Valet services when booking an event or project.
General Rules
COI Required for the building and our company.
No Smoking allowed inside the property. Outside Catering is allowed but a buyout clause will be enforced COI Requirements are non-negotiable Outside vendors must meet building requirements Load In / Out of larger equipment must be done between 5pm and 6am
Renter shall not, without our prior written consent, make any alterations to Studio, cyclorama, floor, ceiling or
walls. As a condition to grant consent, we may require Renter to remove such alterations and restore premises
to prior condition. No ram setting or drilling into Studio floors. Do not nail, staple, glue or tape anything to cyclorama
wall or any wall in Studio.
The Cyclorama wall and studio floors are pristine white. If stage floor of cyclorama wall needs to be pristine white
please note it in the painting required box (additional charges apply). Cyclorama wall, floor, and walls may not be
painted different colors. Cyclorama must be clean and undamaged at the end of rental. All painting must be arranged
by us. Painting charged per quotation. Use of spray paint/spray equipment is not allowed on Studio without
prior consent.

Security cameras and recording devices
Check with your host if there are any surveillance cameras or recording devices in the space.
Recording devices in bathrooms or dressing rooms are prohibited by the Peerspace Services Agreement.

Cancellation Policy
Grace period
All Bookings are subject to Peerspace’s Grace Period policy which provides a full refund for Bookings cancelled within 24 hours from receipt of a Booking Confirmation but no later than 48 hours prior to the Event start time.Standard 30 day
Guests may cancel their Booking until 30 days before the event start time and will receive a full refund (including all Fees) of their Booking Price. Guests may cancel their Booking between 30 days and 7 days before the event start time and receive a 50% refund (excluding Fees) of their Booking Price. Cancellations submitted less than 7 days before the Event start time are not refundable. Learn more
