During peak concert season, there is a paid lot for $7 a day. Otherwise, the lot is free. There is also a ton of metered street parking available out front.

While artists are not required to wear masks in Studio when social distancing is possible, studio engineers will follow proper social distancing protocols throughout the session and will always be masked. Bookings are expected to vacate the studio at the scheduled ending time of the session, regardless of arrival time. Sessions may be extended beyond their originally scheduled ending time as long as there is availability directly after the session. In the event where damage is caused to studio equipment due to misuse and abuse, the client will be charged the full replacement value of damaged equipment with an additional $25 replacement fee. Refusal to pay for breakages will lead to exclusion and prosecution. Food and drink is permitted throughout Studio, however, it should not come within the vicinity of the studios equipment. Spillages and accidents with food and drink that result in damages will be charged as per the damages policy above this paragraph. It is encouraged that all trash be thrown away in the trash cans as extensive messes can result in a $25 clean up fee. Food boxes MUST be thrown away in the large lobby trash can. Unless the artist has paid the $50 party fee, no more than 3 guests may attend the session with the artist. Our place is not responsible for personal items and lost property left by artists and guests. Please make sure to gather all belongings before leaving all studio spaces. Be aware that the windows are heavy. The studio is not responsible for injuries or damages as a result of a user opening or closing the windows. Our studio does permit the use of the hanging chair in studio O but does not permit more than one person at a time, excessive swinging, or aggressive initial seating. Place is not responsible for any damages or injury in result of guidelines not being followed. Any damages that might be caused to the studio space due to misuse may be held to the responsibility of the client. In Studio B, it is expected for all artists to bring their own hard drives to save their files on. Refrain from saving to the computer hard drive and DO NOT save to the desktop. In Studio B, please be mindful of the volume when other sessions are booked on the floor. While in a session, refrain from entering the other studio rooms. All clients and guests are to use solely the front door in the lobby area to enter and exit. With an exception of emergencies, under no circumstance should any other persons besides staff members use the door in the back of the live room or the alternative entrance in the hall outside of the mens restroom. Upon leaving a session, close all programs and windows on the computer, properly eject connections from your computer (if used), and mute the apollo interface. All gear is expected to be returned to default parameters upon exit. Smoking is allowed throughout the studio. Please refrain from smoking in the hallways.
