This is a perfect space for: - Photography Shoots - Video Production - Networking Events - Dinner parties, executive dinners - Various private events - Anything for your creative craft CLEANING Mandatory cleaning fee starts at $50 for small productions. Crews must be respectful of the space and must put furniture back if moved. Incredibly awesome space. Incredibly awesome hosts! Hospitality abounds with them. I needed a space at the last minute to have an intimate birthday dinner for my daughter. It was so easy to book the space and the host quickly responded to my initial inquiries. But baaabby when I got there, the hosts were super helpful, patient, and friendly. My helper and myself ran late and I arrived with a packed car and the hosts quickly sprang into action to assists. I WAS BEYOND ASTOUNDED AND BEYOND GRATEFUL. These guys are genuinely the real deal. They were just as courteous, friendly and patient at the end of our event and even fielded questions quickly the following day. My daughter LOVED the space as did all the guests (the exposed brick was a winner and the view was nice as well). I’d definitely book with Kandon again.
