About the Space
My space is located in a beautiful neighborhood of Shaker Woods, in Herndon/Reston Virginia. The space has many different rooms and sitting areas where different scenes or productions can take place. It is also great for events and other activities that are needed. The house is about 5,000 square feet, and the yard/property is roughly half an acre. So there’s room for shoots outside in the wooded yard. Clients usually consist of, but are not limited to: -Photo shoots -Interviews (TV interviews, News Station Interviews, TV Show interviews) -Film scenes, TV Show scene(s), Documentaries -Meetings -Small Events The only space that is off limits is the basement. We also are supremely sanitary and take covid-19 protocols very seriously, so the space is always sanitized thoroughly before anybody enters. Thanks for reading, and hope to host you here soon. - Bookings are spaced apart to allow for enhanced cleaning
- Sweep, mop, vacuum and clean the space.
- Supply a hand washing station with soap, warm water, and paper towels or hand sanitizer with at least 60% alcohol.
- Clean common areas allowing guest access including bathrooms, kitchens, and entrances.
- Collect and clean dishes, silverware, and other provided host amenities, if applicable.
