Enhanced cleaning measures:
  • The space is cleaned and disinfected in accordance with guidelines from the CDC
  • High touch surfaces and shared amenities have been disinfected
  • Soft, porous materials have been properly cleaned or removed
  • A licensed professional cleaner is hired between bookings
  • Bookings are spaced apart to allow for enhanced cleaning
All hosts are required to do the following prior to each booking:
  • Sweep, mop, vacuum and clean the space.
  • Supply a hand washing station with soap, warm water, and paper towels or hand sanitizer with at least 60% alcohol.
  • Clean common areas allowing guest access including bathrooms, kitchens, and entrances.
  • Collect and clean dishes, silverware, and other provided host amenities, if applicable.
  • Remove garbage and add new lining to cans.
The following equipment is provided for every guest:
  • Disinfecting wipes or spray and paper towels

About the Space

Our place is a truly unique outdoor event space in the heart of Los Angeles for gathering, dancing, eating, learning, and anything you can dream up. The 2,300 square foot court is surrounded by 15’ tall privacy walls, with a large scale mural by famed street artist ELLE, accessible only via the private farm. Classic palm trees, incredible sunsets, and street art come together for an iconic Los Angeles experience. Ours is a small-scale, human-powered organic farm on 5,500 square feet of land. We use sustainable practices and permaculture to grow herbs, fruit, vegetables, and raise chickens. The hyper-local produce is used in a local restaurant (Little Fatty) and at on-site farm-to-table events. A stone pathway leads through the orchard and farm to the event space in back. Rented as part of the event package is a gorgeous modern renovation of a 1920’s Spanish classic home, with high ceilings and an open floor plan. The house has 3 bedrooms, 2 bathrooms, a chef’s kitchen, and a private front driveway. The house will be restrooms for your event, and can be used for catering or food prep. Our talented events team specializes in zero-waste events, farm-to-table bar service, and garden-inspired favors. Let us help you create a truly memorable and sustainable event.

Cancellation Policy

Grace period
All Bookings are subject to Peerspace’s Grace Period policy which provides a full refund for Bookings cancelled within 24 hours from receipt of a Booking Confirmation but no later than 48 hours prior to the Event start time.
Flexible

Guests may cancel their Booking until 7 days before the event start time and will receive a full refund (including all Fees) of their Booking Price. Guests may cancel their Booking between 7 days and 24 hours before the event start time and receive a 50% refund (excluding Fees) of their Booking Price. Booking cancellations submitted less than 24 hours before the Event start time are not refundable. Learn more
