About the Space
The living space is a HUGE ( 1700 Square feet high ceiling) open layout and can be perfect for small weddings or events of up to 50-70 people. The out door space includes a wide open pool and a hot tub facing the water canal and can be great for BBQ or a fun get together to welcome your guest. Sunset is usually breath taking. The house is located 8 min away from FLL airport and it has pros and cons, can be loud sometimes but manageable.

This space was a beautiful space to film in and we had a great experience working with Shimon. He was very helpful! If you are recording audio, it is right near an airport and you can hear planes fly overhead every so often, so be mindful, but we would definitely film here again.
